CED is the market leader in the claims-processing management sector in the Benelux and Spain, with the widest and most comprehensive range of services. From a strong home base, CED is expanding its presence throughout the rest of Europe. In the insurance chain, clients - primarily insurers and authorized representatives – are offered unique, integrated services in the expertise and claims management sector. The growth that CED is experiencing is characterized by greatly increasing professionalism, innovation and internationalization.  
 
Its activities range from loss and claims handling, inspections, investigations, valuations, advice from employment experts, legal advice, recoveries, to the activity that we started with many years ago: loss adjustment. 

For consistency the five business lines in which CED operates are translated into international terms: Automotive, Property & Liability, Bodily Injury, Claims management and Forensic. Three organisations operate under their own names, with the addition of the ‘a CED company’ slogan. These are; EMN Expertise, HDS GROEP and Interiura.

To support the strategy, four ‘cornerstones’ have been defined: the best experts, long-term client relationships, strong service concepts and operational excellence.

CED head office is established in Capelle aan den IJssel. CED has offices in 14 European countries. Four corporate values are a guide for the behaviour of the 1,200 CED employees: reliability, professionalism, leading and innovation.
