Method

Basically, the service process is as follows: After a report, CED Claims Services checks whether there is cover. Then the help that can be offered is explained. After this, there is a check on the claims history of the customer regarding fraud and entitlement to payment. Then it will be checked whether there is legitimate recourse and the matter can be handled administratively.

The guidance and handling of claims files also includes the deployment of experts. CED Claims Services integrates claims management and loss adjustment.

Claims management

Damage management, repair management, assessment of policy/ insurance coverage, administrative guidance and handling of claims files. Speed and efficiency are the characteristics of this approach. Clients can contract out claims management to CED Claims Services on a permanent basis or use the service temporarily during periods of maximum load.

Recourse

Resolution of damage claims from a damage-causing and/or liable party, including recovery. National or international, insured or uninsured.

Intermediary activities

Interim support at each step that occurs regarding the settlement of the claim.

Assistence

Support during maximum load: emergency services or automatic processing of claims.

Green card claims and fourth Directive

Complete management of Green card claims and fourth Directive claims throughout Europe. These are settled under the flag of Interiura, a CED company, as a result of which a European network with 13 own offices and 28 partners is made available to the client.
