EMN Liability

EMN adjusters investigate actual circumstances and the underlying cause, examine contractual and legal aspects and assess the level of liability claims. They also establish the position and activities of the parties involved and possible financial consequences. Reports enable clients to make decisions on policy cover, liability and on the extent of the damage sustained.
Clients are particularly Dutch and foreign insurers and brokers or underwriting agencies, but also include utility companies, government institutions and courts.

EMN Liability provides customised services by seeking recovery, offering support in relation to legal assistance or in the form of total claim settlement (tpa). Where the last of these is concerned, EMN initially handles cases remotely. Physical expertise is only deployed where necessary: our experienced, highly qualified experts specialise in fields including agriculture, the environment and chemicals, infrastructure, systems and electrical engineering. By drawing on specialist expertise from other EMN product groups and other CED organisations, EMN is able to provide the knowledge required in every field.
